Perros-Guirec, the 7 Islands

Just 15km from the campsite is the town of Perros-Guirec near the port: wide beaches, shops and a casino make this chic resort delightful and a hub among the Côtes d'Armor's more tourist-oriented locations.

It is also the starting point for discovering the Côte de Granit Rose ("pink granite coast"), a natural site protected by the coastline protection authority.
Photography and trekking enthusiasts can take the signposted paths along the coast (GR 34) to admire the astonishing pink rocks extending over about a dozen kilometres.

The square Ploumanac'h lighthouse and the Chateau de Costaérès are also sights not to be missed.

Don't wait to come admire this surprising place with its many sights and exceptional beauty.

Head for Perros-Guirec for a boat excursion to the Archipel des Sept Iles, a kingdom of marine birds managed by the wild birds protection league. It is also the largest ornithological nature reserve on the French coastline.

On Ile Rouzin over 20,000 pairs of gannets were counted in the nesting period, and over 27 other species of nesting birds such as guillemots, puffins, penguins and many others are here as well.
